1. Admission Policy

 • Admission is confirmed only after completion of registration formalities and payment of fees.

 • Submission of required documents (Marksheet, ID proof, passport size photo) is mandatory.

 • Admission is non-transferable.

 

2. Fee Policy

 • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 • Fees must be paid within the due date.

 • Delay in payment may result in penalty or suspension of classes.

 • The institute reserves the right to revise fees for new academic sessions.

 

3. Attendance Rules

 • Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory.

 • Regular attendance is mandatory for appearing in internal tests.

 • Leave must be informed in advance (except in medical emergencies).

 

4. Discipline & Conduct

 • Students must maintain discipline inside the classroom.

 • Misbehavior, damage to property, or misconduct may result in termination of admission.

 • Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during class hours.

 

5. Study Material

 • Study materials provided by JM Institute are for enrolled students only.

 • Reproduction, sharing, or distribution of notes without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Test Series & Results

 • Performance in internal tests is for evaluation purposes only.

 • The institute does not guarantee selection in exams like NEET / JEE / MHT-CET.

 • Results depend on individual student effort and performance.

 

7. Batch Changes

 • Batch timings are subject to change.

 • Management reserves the right to merge or modify batches if required.

 

8. Cancellation / Termination

 • The institute reserves the right to cancel admission in case of misconduct or violation of rules.

 • No refund will be provided in such cases.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer

 • JM Institute is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

 • The institute is not liable for unforeseen events (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.).
